NMG’s Business Quality Index (BQI) provides an aggregate measure of each insurer’s relative performance across all the evaluative factors and serves as a leading indicator of future success. The BQI chart below reflects the relative performance of the majority of Australia’s leading life insurers:



On the chart, while the vertical axis represents the extent of each insurer’s relationship footprint, the horizontal axis shows the insurer’s composite score across the key performance criteria.
