NMG’s Business Quality Index (BQI) provides an aggregate measure of each insurer’s relative performance across all the evaluative factors and serves as a leading indicator of future success. On the chart, while the vertical axis represents the extent of each insurer’s relationship footprint, the horizontal axis shows the insurer’s composite score across the key performance criteria.
